I bought my son a Tesla Model 3 for around $30,000, and unfortunately, his building has no EV charging despite multiple requests. Whole Foods nearby used to have chargers, which made it manageable, but they have now been removed. The closest Supercharger is about 5 miles away and gets crowded, sometimes leaving my son to charge late at night. As a parent, that worries me. My son has tried to find solutions. I lived here for 2 years and it was great. The staff were friendly and the maintenance staff were awesome, always came next day, I don’t think a single maintenance request went unresolved for more than 24 hours. The convenience of the location is also amazing being right on top of the Whole Foods and a lot of good restaurants a few minutes away. If I wasn’t moving out of Tempe I would’ve 100% renewed again.
My Daughter's loved living here! They had a 2 bedroom with a fantastic view! It was the first time our kids had an apartment, besides living in the dorms. It could not have been a better experience! Everyone was so helpful from the time we toured all the way to move out. Noel Merid was always so helpful and patient with us. She made us feel welcomed and never a bother! Stephanie and Shelby were incredible. They guided me through the beautiful property, highlighting all the reasons why the local is the best place to be in Tempe. They even mentioned that it’s conveniently located over a Whole Foods! It’s definitely at the top of my list. 💙
