I had such a great experience touring the community with Shelby! She was so welcoming, thorough, and very knowledgeable about the community. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood every detail about the property and the amenities. I really appreciated her positive attitude and how genuine she was throughout the tour. This was easily one of the best properties I’ve toured in the area!

I’m a resident and I want to say, there is no place in the world that is perfect but during my stay here, through several property managers this place feels like home. They have addressed any issues I may have had quickly and to my satisfaction. Right now I am please with Amanda, who is the current manager for coming in and standing on business. It just gets better with time!
The Local is such a great community to live at! I love being connected to the Whole Foods so I can run down and do a quick grocery run when needed! What makes the community top notch is the team! Stephanie, Shelby, Anji, Jacob, Corey, and Justin all truly care about the residents, and what we need. 10/10 would recommend living here!
My Daughter's loved living here! They had a 2 bedroom with a fantastic view! It was the first time our kids had an apartment, besides living in the dorms. It could not have been a better experience! Everyone was so helpful from the time we toured all the way to move out. Noel Merid was always so helpful and patient with us. She made us feel welcomed and never a bother!
