My Daughter's loved living here! They had a 2 bedroom with a fantastic view! It was the first time our kids had an apartment, besides living in the dorms. It could not have been a better experience! Everyone was so helpful from the time we toured all the way to move out. Noel Merid was always so helpful and patient with us. She made us feel welcomed and never a bother! Had a fantastic tour of the property! The office staff, Stephanie, Shelby & Anji was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. The grounds were clean and well-maintained, and the model unit was beautiful-spacious, and full of natural light. The amenities really stood out too. This place is definitely at the top of my list.
We had a fantastic experience with leasing agent Anji at The Local in Tempe. She gave us a great tour and we were so impressed with how clean and well-maintained the building was, as well as how respectful the other residents seemed — it really gave us peace of mind. Was looking for Apartments up and down the valley and this was by far my best experience with the staff. Kind respectful and very attentive to my time and budget. My favorite by far was Stephanie who really helped me understand the logistics and the area and also showed me the advantages and disadvantages of different floor plans. One of my best apartment shopping experiences!
The property manager jade and her staff are absolutely amazing here. Jade and her team are very committed to making this property one of the best to call home. Jade is always looking to improve the property by listening to the tenants an addressing any issues that arise in a timely matter. It’s always a pleasure to come see the staff here at colter park if you haven’t met the team yet you need to do asap.
