My Daughter's loved living here! They had a 2 bedroom with a fantastic view! It was the first time our kids had an apartment, besides living in the dorms. It could not have been a better experience! Everyone was so helpful from the time we toured all the way to move out. Noel Merid was always so helpful and patient with us. She made us feel welcomed and never a bother! I’ve been for 2 months now, and I have been enjoying my stay. Really nice amenities but also the location is a big plus
Had a fantastic tour of the property! The office staff, Stephanie, Shelby & Anji was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. The grounds were clean and well-maintained, and the model unit was beautiful-spacious, and full of natural light. The amenities really stood out too. This place is definitely at the top of my list.
We had a fantastic experience with leasing agent Anji at The Local in Tempe. She gave us a great tour and we were so impressed with how clean and well-maintained the building was, as well as how respectful the other residents seemed — it really gave us peace of mind.
