I lived here for 2 years and it was great. The staff were friendly and the maintenance staff were awesome, always came next day, I don’t think a single maintenance request went unresolved for more than 24 hours. The convenience of the location is also amazing being right on top of the Whole Foods and a lot of good restaurants a few minutes away. If I wasn’t moving out of Tempe I would’ve 100% renewed again.
My Daughter's loved living here! They had a 2 bedroom with a fantastic view! It was the first time our kids had an apartment, besides living in the dorms. It could not have been a better experience! Everyone was so helpful from the time we toured all the way to move out. Noel Merid was always so helpful and patient with us. She made us feel welcomed and never a bother! I toured this apartment community recently and had a great experience, thanks to Shelby! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the layouts, amenities, and lease details clearly without making the tour feel pushy. She answered my questions and made the whole visit feel relaxed and informative. The property was clean and well maintained, and it definitely stood out compared to other places I’ve toured nearby!
Stephanie and Shelby were incredible. They guided me through the beautiful property, highlighting all the reasons why the local is the best place to be in Tempe. They even mentioned that it’s conveniently located over a Whole Foods! It’s definitely at the top of my list. 💙
I have never seen apartments here. I frequent Whole Foods quite often. Within the last 6 months or so.... their prices have gone down so they are affordable now. I did do a little research about the apartments though.... and if I had it like that- I would Love to live in one of their apartments.
