My Daughter's loved living here! They had a 2 bedroom with a fantastic view! It was the first time our kids had an apartment, besides living in the dorms. It could not have been a better experience! Everyone was so helpful from the time we toured all the way to move out. Noel Merid was always so helpful and patient with us. She made us feel welcomed and never a bother! Had a fantastic tour of the property! The office staff, Stephanie, Shelby & Anji was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. The grounds were clean and well-maintained, and the model unit was beautiful-spacious, and full of natural light. The amenities really stood out too. This place is definitely at the top of my list.
After tonight’s super cute resident event, i definitely felt the need to let everyone know why I enjoy living here; not only is the property beautiful, clean and conveniently located above Whole Foods, The Local also has the most helpful and amazing staff! I toured this property recently and was really impressed. The grounds were clean and well-maintained, the amenities looked great, and the units were industrial and spacious. The leasing team was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Definitely one of the top complexes I’ve seen in the area!
