We need maintenance to fix a few things for us. We submitted a work order two weeks ago and maintenance promptly came to fix what needed attention(doorbell, dishwasher and we needed a filter for the fridge). Not only was the maintenance man friendly, he was efficient, knowledgeable and able to take care of our needs quickly. It’s important to know that whatever the need, our apt complex takes care of us.
Latavion is wonderful, very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and showed me units that fit me. The property is very nice and clean. Can’t wait to call it home. Thanks Latavion.
Absolutely love this place. Dominic and Letavian (sorry if I misspelled) have been super helpful since we moved here. I love all of the community activities they put on to make the kids feel welcome. Definitely recommend as the process to find a home was so easy!!
Lofts at Valencia are the best apartments! We have been here going on 2 years and anytime we need something, management is quick to respond, it’s a safe community & the gatherings they do are a bonus, so fun! Highly recommend Lofts at Valencia!
