We need maintenance to fix a few things for us. We submitted a work order two weeks ago and maintenance promptly came to fix what needed attention(doorbell, dishwasher and we needed a filter for the fridge). Not only was the maintenance man friendly, he was efficient, knowledgeable and able to take care of our needs quickly. It’s important to know that whatever the need, our apt complex takes care of us.
Do not ever move in here if you are looking for a nice quiet place to live. Neighbors are always loud and kids run around screaming really late at night, your vehicle will get hit with balls, people speed through the neighborhood and no matter how many times you complain to the front office nothing ever gets done about it. Stole $300 for security deposit and won't refund as other reviews have stated. Seems to be a common occurrence here which is strange because it seems like a nice place. Katie was extremely unhelpful. And wasted my time sending certified mail that I had to go to the post office to receive stating that they are stealing the $300 even though I already spoke to them about it.
Love living here! LaTavion couldn’t be more helpful and he made the move in process pretty easy. The staff is very responsive too. Thankful to live in this community!
Latavion is wonderful, very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and showed me units that fit me. The property is very nice and clean. Can’t wait to call it home. Thanks Latavion.
