I lived here two years the last year I had more problems with maintenance and bugs and they stopped spraying as much because I had a baby and we had numerous water bugs, packages being lost or stolen, and had a couple of people fighting right outside our parking lot for hours before and no one told them to leave or anything. Happened at least 3 times. Do not ever move in here if you are looking for a nice quiet place to live. Neighbors are always loud and kids run around screaming really late at night, your vehicle will get hit with balls, people speed through the neighborhood and no matter how many times you complain to the front office nothing ever gets done about it. Not to mention there were so many things wrong with my apartment. If could give zero stars I would. My husband and I dealt with a silverfish infestation our entire lease, from day 1. We lived out of totes for an entire year as we did not want our belongings ruined. For the amount of rent charged each month and a brand new unit, we should not have had a silverfish issue. When we suggested moving to another unit on the property to staff, we were told we would have to pay to get out of our current unit and sign a new lease, which we did not have the funds for. Stole $300 for security deposit and won't refund as other reviews have stated. Seems to be a common occurrence here which is strange because it seems like a nice place. Katie was extremely unhelpful. And wasted my time sending certified mail that I had to go to the post office to receive stating that they are stealing the $300 even though I already spoke to them about it.
