Absolutely love this place. Dominic and Letavian (sorry if I misspelled) have been super helpful since we moved here. I love all of the community activities they put on to make the kids feel welcome. Definitely recommend as the process to find a home was so easy!!
Lofts at Valencia are the best apartments! We have been here going on 2 years and anytime we need something, management is quick to respond, it’s a safe community & the gatherings they do are a bonus, so fun! Highly recommend Lofts at Valencia!
I have thus far enjoyed living here. Yes every apartment complex has drawbacks, I wish it had a gym on site it would be a bit easier for me to get there and work out with my daughter when it is convenient for her sleep schedule. Also this is not the staffs fault at all as they have done everything they can to stop it the amount of unsupervised children is outrageous. Love living here! LaTavion couldn’t be more helpful and he made the move in process pretty easy. The staff is very responsive too. Thankful to live in this community!
The community here is just amazing, and best of all the staff is exceptionally great. Absolutely amazing. Shoutout to the leasing staff especially to Letavian always a pleasure to deal with. Best community to live and the best neighbors. Brand new homes and clean. Amazing amenities for kids with the park and pool. Pet friendly as well. Great people great place to be. Don’t look anywhere else this is the place to be!
