We need maintenance to fix a few things for us. We submitted a work order two weeks ago and maintenance promptly came to fix what needed attention(doorbell, dishwasher and we needed a filter for the fridge). Not only was the maintenance man friendly, he was efficient, knowledgeable and able to take care of our needs quickly. It’s important to know that whatever the need, our apt complex takes care of us.
Latavion is wonderful, very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and showed me units that fit me. The property is very nice and clean. Can’t wait to call it home. Thanks Latavion.
Lofts at Valencia are the best apartments! We have been here going on 2 years and anytime we need something, management is quick to respond, it’s a safe community & the gatherings they do are a bonus, so fun! Highly recommend Lofts at Valencia!
Stole $300 for security deposit and won't refund as other reviews have stated. Seems to be a common occurrence here which is strange because it seems like a nice place. Katie was extremely unhelpful. And wasted my time sending certified mail that I had to go to the post office to receive stating that they are stealing the $300 even though I already spoke to them about it.
Love living here! LaTavion couldn’t be more helpful and he made the move in process pretty easy. The staff is very responsive too. Thankful to live in this community!
