I have rented numerous units from Lux over the years…since they opened in 2018. I want to share honest feedback for anyone considering renting or buying from the Lux: 1. Lux is owned Lakeside Capital out of the Pacific Northwest. The Lux is managed locally by a woman named Laura. Neither of them appear to have any experience operating a luxury condo set of garages.
