I was a resident of The Madison from 2024–2025, and my experience was so bad that I ultimately decided to buy a house instead. We knew there was construction next door and, having lived in big cities, were prepared for some noise. But this was on another level. Some mornings, the crew would start drilling at 5 a.m.. I absolutely love The Madison. From day one, Heather and Wesley made the move-in process seamless and welcoming. The management is attentive and genuinely cares about the residents. I toured the Madison yesterday and found exactly what I wanted! Wesley Angel, the property manager, had all the patience in the world and showed me multiple units and let me repeat the ones I wanted to see again. He was very knowledgeable and made it a great experience for us! Looking forward to living there!
The Madison is incredible! Had an amazing experience throughout the application process with Wesley. Love the high ceilings, pool access to The Nicholas, and Gym access to the Citizens! Would highly recommend this for anyone looking to live Downtown.
