I was a resident of The Madison from 2024–2025, and my experience was so bad that I ultimately decided to buy a house instead. We knew there was construction next door and, having lived in big cities, were prepared for some noise. But this was on another level. Some mornings, the crew would start drilling at 5 a.m.. On top of the noise, they took over the parking garage for loading and unloading materials, which meant the entrance was blocked every single day. I toured the Madison yesterday and found exactly what I wanted! Wesley Angel, the property manager, had all the patience in the world and showed me multiple units and let me repeat the ones I wanted to see again. He was very knowledgeable and made it a great experience for us! Looking forward to living there!
Wesley was fantastic to work with. He gave us a great tour, answered every question patiently, and made us feel confident about our decision to lease here. His professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. We really appreciated his support.
Unfortunately, my opinions on The Madison have drastically changed since moving in; so, consider this an honest review as I have lived here for about 6 months now. I was one of the very first residents to move into The Madison last year — I believe the third or fourth — and I truly could not have made a better choice. From day one, the team has been exceptional. Nicole, Justin, Drew, Raina, Wesley, and especially Heather have created such a smooth and welcoming experience.
