I first hired The Maid Place for a move out clean for my empty apartment, including windows and high shelves and everything, and they did such a perfect job that I did not have to pay any fees to my apartment. (They also found a necklace I had accidentally left behind and left it out on the counter for me, which I appreciated very much.) We hired The Maid Place to help us do a Move Out Clean on our rental home. I was absolutely blown away by the clean! Laura G. was our service provider and she did an incredible job. We were also made aware that our baseboards needed a little extra TLC, and Laura said she’d be happy to do it that day, we were able to add it on right then! I would rate no star if possible. Initially had a good conversation with the lady but the other person managing the business was very rude and unnecessary defensive when getting clarification on the services rendered. They stated “ We worked for the amount of time that we told you we were going to in extreme heat, and we did as much as humanly possible in that amount of time.” like they were working outdoors.
