We moved here from Texas to be near family and downsize from a large house. The experience has been excellent. From the management to the maintenance crew to the residents, everyone has been friendly and helpful. The staff have answered all our questions and any problems we might have have been quickly resolved. We made the right decisions. The apartmentvis spacious, with alot of storage, and we are pleased.
Our living here at The Marque is very nice. The facility quiet, secured and well maintained. The office staff Emily and Tiara are nice and whatever problems or issue that we may have they do resolve them. The problem that is of concern is that people who live above should be considerate of residents that live below. I would also suggest paint in the parking space lines so we can see it clearly. I met the new service Manager Ibrahim and he seems great.
I love living at the Marque! Staff is professional and friendly. Location is awesome, close to everything including easy access to great hiking at Battlefield National Park and Conner Robinson State Park which sits behind the apartments. Grounds are kept clean and it is a quiet atmosphere with great amenities.
Christian did an excellent job addressing the issue with the dishwasher. Within 24 hours of reporting the problem, it was diagnosed and resolved efficiently. His prompt response and effective service were greatly appreciated.
Stopped by to tour the community last week Wednesday. I currently live in Texas and visiting on a work trip but due to the weather my flight was delayed so I stoped by as I am planning on coming to VA in the summer. I appreciate Tiara taking me around the community even though I could tell they were busy with the residents but it truly shows how much they care for their community.
