Almost four months here now. The Beautifully designed floor plan is perfect for us. All appliances match and function normally. Utilities operate reliably. Social areas, gym, coffee shop, game rooms, library and spacious Public room are always kept clean and neatly arranged, ready for the many monthly planned activities. Office services are excellent and maintenance services have responded quickly. We Love it here.
Our living here at The Marque is very nice. The facility quiet, secured and well maintained. The office staff Emily and Tiara are nice and whatever problems or issue that we may have they do resolve them. The problem that is of concern is that people who live above should be considerate of residents that live below. I would also suggest paint in the parking space lines so we can see it clearly. I met the new service Manager Ibrahim and he seems great.
Stopped by to tour the community last week Wednesday. I currently live in Texas and visiting on a work trip but due to the weather my flight was delayed so I stoped by as I am planning on coming to VA in the summer. I appreciate Tiara taking me around the community even though I could tell they were busy with the residents but it truly shows how much they care for their community. Christian did an excellent job addressing the issue with the dishwasher. Within 24 hours of reporting the problem, it was diagnosed and resolved efficiently. His prompt response and effective service were greatly appreciated.
Tiara and Emily are the best in serving as a resident. They gave clear information about the appartment. They are helpful in solving problems. For them a resident like me their number one priority to fulfill the needs and wants. I advise them to keep up the priority to residents.
