PERFECT! Me and my fiancé moved in last week and it’s been amazing so far. So much to do around the building, peaceful and quiet all day and night. They even have a hair salon! Couldn’t ask for better. Price is very fair for Gainesville area. Would highly recommend to anyone of all ages.
Christian, one of our maintenance personnel here at The Marque, responded to my request for maintenance within 1/2 hour of posting the request. Had two issues and he dealt with both of them in short order. A very satisfactory experience and an excellent representative of the efficiency of the personnel here.
My parents live here and the attention to tenants requests as well as FIRE safety are very concerning. The number is not present on the buildings exterior, we were told a County issue? When there is a fire tenants are not properly notified nor informed during the fire.
ive watched their units stay listed for MONTHS and just sit there. never any specials except for “waived one time admin fee” thats terrible, there shouldnt even be an admin fee. im not sure how this company stays in business. when i toured there was dead bugs in multiple units. i really hope i dont have to move in here. its sad because this is one of only two apartment complexes in gainesville so they scam people. be careful!
Honestly off to a bad start just based off the tour alone. Firstly called on Tuesday to get a appointment for Friday but they scheduled me for Wednesday for some reason. Didn't even call to check in on me and why I didn't show if i had a Wednesday appointment in their bookings. Not sure where Wednesday even came up in the call but I'm willing to let that be.
