Absolutely love this community! We had previous experience with the apartments and community when my mother in law used to live here, and I frequently commented how much I would love to live here myself. When we looked to sell our NJ home to be closer to family, the Marque was the only place I wanted to consider! Our apartment is beautiful and spacious! The community here is close and very welcoming, and the management/maintenance teams are fantastic. We are so happy to be home!
We moved here from Texas to be near family and downsize from a large house. The experience has been excellent. From the management to the maintenance crew to the residents, everyone has been friendly and helpful. The staff have answered all our questions and any problems we might have have been quickly resolved. We made the right decisions. The apartmentvis spacious, with alot of storage, and we are pleased.
I love living at the Marque! Staff is professional and friendly. Location is awesome, close to everything including easy access to great hiking at Battlefield National Park and Conner Robinson State Park which sits behind the apartments. Grounds are kept clean and it is a quiet atmosphere with great amenities.
Tiara and Emily are the best in serving as a resident. They gave clear information about the appartment. They are helpful in solving problems. For them a resident like me their number one priority to fulfill the needs and wants. I advise them to keep up the priority to residents.
I was a resident here for one year. There are shopping centers nearby within a few minutes drive. Close to interstate 66. The elevators have a lot of issues here and are shut down for long amounts of time where you might have to use the ones across the building to get to your unit if you carrying groceries for example.
