AMAZING I’ve lived at The Meadows since September 5th 2020 and my daughter and I absolutely love it here. It’s the perfect location, it’s quiet and maintenance is always super fast whenever I submit a service request and staff are always professional and courteous. We’ve enjoyed calling The Meadows home.
The Meadows of Glen Allen VA This is a nice quiet apartment complex with a park like setting.I have resided here 4 years and love the swiftness of maintenance when and if there is a problem. Rental staff is friendly and like family. They have community get togethers in the rec room and pot luck dinners and cookouts by the pool. Schools are close by and its convenient to shopping and movie theaters.Parking is reasonable. Best place I've lived in along time!!!
Recently Moved There were a few problems with the apartment when I moved it, but I informed the office and everything was fixed within a day. So far the area seems nice and everyone is friendly. I didn't realize that soliciting was allowed though and that caught me off guard when someone came to my door asking for money. That was only once though and overall it feels like a nice place to live.
There are issues here I would've rated this place pretty high because of the location but there are some major issues here. Also they have decided not to renew our lease when we have never been late on a payment when we brought up issues here and they have now retaliated with the non-renewal of the lease. SO let's get all of the issues this place has in the open so I can prevent someone from making the same mistakes as us. First of all parking is ridiculous. Not Worth the Price The Meadows apartment complex is not worth the money that they are charging. Appliances are outdated. It takes a very long time to get maintenance to repair anything. The rental office personnel is not very friendly or attentive either. The apartment we had was full of mold and mildew. Although we complained about it nothing was done. Don't waste your time with these overpriced apartments. Save your money and Buy a House instead!!
Do NOT make this place your choice When you have maintenance problems, they take about a week just to return your email or phone calls. Ridiculous. Parking is also an issue, no where near enough parking that you have to park across the entire complex half the time. They don’t check to make sure people have the parking pass on the vehicle. They are in a desperate need of a remodel. Over priced for what you are getting (small, old style rooms). Just do not live here.
