In the last year, I found myself overwhelmed both mentally and physically. I was seriously struggling with anxiety, depression and low self esteem, to the point that everyone could tell something was not right. I had lost who I was. I joined the program at The Meadows in Austin, not knowing what to expect. What I found changed my life. With the help and support of the amazing staff, incredible facility and many offerings they have, I was able to find what I was looking for… MYSELF. Forever thankful and grateful- BG
