I went to the Meadows IOP program in mid-2024 for mental health challenges (complex PTSD and insecure attachment). I had a very positive experience and found the integrated approach extremely valuable (education, group discussion, yoga, Qi Gong, acupuncture, yoga, art therapy, individual therapy, access to a psychiatric nurse practitioner). Starting PHP and IOP here was bumpy at first, trying to grasp what the concept of IFS/parts work was, however as time went on, it became more natural and easier to understand/implement. The staff were extremely nice and respectful which really helped as I was nervous entering this program. I’d like to give a special thanks to Karina, Rob, and Stephen. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to your group members. Without y’all, I wouldn’t have made it as far as I did. Thank you, Meadows!
The meadows model works. The staff here in Denver is amazing and the programming is very helpful. In my experience, you get out of things what you put into them. If you're willing to do the work, this program can change your life.
