A little over a year ago the Meadows helped save my life. I was in a very low place and had no idea where to go or what to do to really find help. I went in feeling hopeless and sure I was beyond help to leaving a changed person with so much new knowledge about myself and how to effective manage my struggles. Coming to The Meadows was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made—but also the best. The team of people truly cared, and listened without judgment to helped me believe in myself again. The support and kindness from the staff was amazing, I’ll be forever grateful for this place.
I highly recommend the Meadows for mental health and trauma treatment. If you are ready to make change in your life, this is the place to be! I participated in their 8 week IOP (intensive outpatient program) for my trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) I was incredibly apprehensive of group therapy but found the group environment to be empowering and supportive. I reached out to this facility as my daughter was feeling lost and had zero ambition, confidence and joy. The staff were all extremely empathetic, compassionate and understanding. They communicated her progress and identified issues along the way. I noticed significant signs of improvement in her mood after around 4-6 weeks. She is in a much better emotional and mental place and I’ve never seen her so optimistic. I am so glad I found this center and highly recommend it to anyone needing assistance with their mental health.
Wow, what a life changing program. Before entering this program my disabilities and mental health really controlled everything I do. Thanks to this program, I got my life back. I learned to love myself, take responsibility in managing my mental health, improve relationships, navigate conflict, process trauma, and so much more.
