My family can't express enough gratitude for the Medical Team's hospice care. Nurse Jennifer was a wonderful help walking us through my grandmother's end of life. She was kind, compassionate, efficient, and handled different personalities incredibly well. She loved my grandma and my grandma loved her, which is the most you can ask for. This team of professionals was simply amazing-caring, timely, pro-active, available 24/7 including weekends. Dying at home can be challenging-this team helped us navigate through all the barriers and tough situations. The nurses and social workers were always ready to help.
