Be prepared to pay $800 for carpet replacement that was unneeded. $800 for Keys that I turned in and no communication from an actual person. We left our unit clean, there was nothing that would've made sense as to why they would charge us the way they did and there's absolutely no way to dispute the charges. In depth review since we just moved out, we were one of the first to move in and were so in love with the Merrimen at first, but this complex is unfortunately a hot mess. (The community app they use (Lively) is so insightful, I 100% recommend reading residents posts on there before commiting to the Merrimen if possible.) Outside the main building the grass is so heavily marinated with dog piss and feces which is fine, that's what the grass is for but the smell that it emits is insane, this is supposed to be a "luxury" comp... read more
