The Mill Residences is an amazing place to live! The location is unbeatable — close to everything yet peaceful and beautifully maintained. The apartments are modern, spacious, and built with great attention to quality and comfort. What really made my experience exceptional was working with Desirae, the leasing agent. She’s incredibly professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make the move-in process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend The Mill Residences — and definitely ask for Desirae when you visit!

The building complex is modern, very clean, and safe. All apartments come with high-quality appliances. Michelle gave me a thorough tour of the apartment and amenities and has been incredibly responsive and helpful. Erica has also been wonderful and always ready to assist. The maintenance staff are very friendly, responsive, and quick to resolve any issues. I’ve been living here for two months now, and I’m really enjoying my stay!

I’ve really been enjoying living at The Mill Residences! My apartment is great — I especially love the gas stove. The location is super convenient and it’s always an easy Uber ride to wherever I need to go. The ladies in the office are awesome — super friendly and helpful anytime I need something. There have been a few late-night fire alarms which are definitely annoying, but I know that’s not on management. I toured a few places before moving in and I’m so glad I chose The Mill!
