I’ve only been living at The Mill for a month and a half, and I’m already deeply frustrated and disappointed. I was really hopeful about moving here, but this experience has been nothing like what I expected, it’s honestly been so exhausting. The fire alarm goes off every week, most times more than once. The building complex is modern, very clean, and safe. All apartments come with high-quality appliances. Michelle gave me a thorough tour of the apartment and amenities and has been incredibly responsive and helpful. Erica has also been wonderful and always ready to assist. The maintenance staff are very friendly, responsive, and quick to resolve any issues. I’ve been living here for two months now, and I’m really enjoying my stay!

I had to leave a review for Ciara and the entire management team. From start to finish, Ciara was warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful. She answered every question with patience, followed up consistently, and brought such positive energy to the entire leasing process. I love living here, I am close to everything and the interiors are super sleek and elevated. The staff is phenomenal, very caring, and always show interest during every interaction I have had with them especially Michelle! She’s been amazing during the leasing process and my move in.

I’ve really been enjoying living at The Mill Residences! My apartment is great — I especially love the gas stove. The location is super convenient and it’s always an easy Uber ride to wherever I need to go. The ladies in the office are awesome — super friendly and helpful anytime I need something. There have been a few late-night fire alarms which are definitely annoying, but I know that’s not on management. I toured a few places before moving in and I’m so glad I chose The Mill!
