Hands down the EASIEST move I have ever experienced! From start to finish The Mills Residences was such a breeze to tour, lease, and move in. Desirae M. was my leasing agent and she made everything seamless. She was patient, sweet, and kind throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions and showed me units specific to my requests. I would recommend her and The Mills Residences to anyone who asks. Cheers to a great move and a new apartment!
I recently had the pleasure of touring this property with Desirae M., who was undoubtedly the most exceptional leasing agent I’ve encountered during my search for a new home. Although she was alone during my visit, she diligently followed up on the units I was interested in and promptly answered all my questions. The property itself is truly stunning in Eado, and I highly recommend considering a stay here. Erica has been fantastic! She was extremely professional, diligent, kind, and she listened (and delivered on) all of my apartment needs! I highly recommend.
Working with the community director, Erica was a pleasant experience. She was professional, patient, and supportive throughout the move-in process. The ladies Giselle and Desirea were also very pleasant to work with. However, the elevators weren’t working at the time, which resulted in extra costs from the movers. Overall, a positive experience with that one notable hiccup. I absolutely love my apartment home and I’m super excited about all pending amenities.
The Mill Residences is a beautiful community. I cannot wait to see it fully finished and all three good it will bring to the community. I had the pleasure of touring with Giselle. She was very kind and helpful!
