Working with the community director, Erica was a pleasant experience. She was professional, patient, and supportive throughout the move-in process. The ladies Giselle and Desirea were also very pleasant to work with. However, the elevators weren’t working at the time, which resulted in extra costs from the movers. Overall, a positive experience with that one notable hiccup. I absolutely love my apartment home and I’m super excited about all pending amenities.
The Mill Residences is a beautiful community. I cannot wait to see it fully finished and all three good it will bring to the community. I had the pleasure of touring with Giselle. She was very kind and helpful!

Desirae and Erica have been incredibly courteous, responsive, and professional in addressing all of my questions and concerns. I'm very happy with my apartment and the decision I made.
