So far my experience with Dr Rachel has been great! I'm so glad I found her Office. She's experienced and I really appreciate her approach to dentistry. She's humble and willing to listen to your questions, and give educated answers, and through that calms my nerves. She's always willing to answer my questions without making me feel dumb. Again... Dr. Rachel was very personable and professional when I had my intake appointment with her. She accurately described my dental needs and the treatments that were necessary. Louise, her assistant, was also very professional and kind. Everyone I met in the office were kind, caring, and professional. I’m thankful I have switched to her.
Dr Mark and Dr Rachel are such a gift! They are so thoughtful, thorough and efficient. Their proficiency makes for quicker visits but nothing is missed, in fact they have found underlying issues other dentists have missed. Dr Mark Malterud while I’ve known him for a very long time and recently came back, he is one of the most trustworthy dentists in the industry and no one does dentistry like he does. Me and my family have never had a doubt we are in good hands. The front desk staff is so kind and polite as well. They do it because they care. I found my soul-mate dentist! They are all about preserving tooth enamel and the life of your teeth! They have tons of extra knowledge and technology beyond other dentists I've been too. One of my kids needed a pulp cap to prevent needing a root canal. Minimally invasive dentistry has years experience doing them, where many dentists don't use them at all. They also help you heal your teeth enamel to the extent possible to prevent needing fillings and treatment. Love Doctors Rachel and Mark!
