Coming into this office I carried A LOT of dental and medical anxiety and fear. Like a lot. It honestly took me awhile to fully trust Dr. Rachel's care. I actually cried a couple times in her office... it was a whole thing. A year and a half later, I can say I do indeed trust my dentist and I do not fear going to the dentist... Don't like to throw anyone under the bus but I've had some iffy results with Dentist's in the past with regards to having Lyme's health issues, so I feel pretty lucky to have found this place. Dr. Mark definitely knows his stuff, took care of a problem tooth without a hitch, is personable and down to earth, and thoroughly explained options for my future dental care down the road. have had a really pleasant experience here with some dental work i am nervous about. everyone is super helpful, courtney is great admin. liz was my hygienist today and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, like to the point of having a good time which is pretty hard to do at the dentist! she did excellent work and explained everything so thoroughly and with lots of compassion. highly recommend!
So far my experience with Dr Rachel has been great! I'm so glad I found her Office. She's experienced and I really appreciate her approach to dentistry. She's humble and willing to listen to your questions, and give educated answers, and through that calms my nerves. She's always willing to answer my questions without making me feel dumb. Again... Dr Rachel is fantastic. I have been a patient for a couple of years, but recently moved out of state. Visiting I chipped a tooth and called the office. They gave me an appointment, yet contacted me several times when earlier appointments opened up. Sadly, I had conflicts with the first couple choices, but they kept contacting me giving me an opportunity to get in. Dr Rachel gave me options and did a quick repair of the tooth. I am so appreciative for Dr Rachel and the entire staff of warm individuals.
