Coming into this office I carried A LOT of dental and medical anxiety and fear. Like a lot. It honestly took me awhile to fully trust Dr. Rachel's care. I actually cried a couple times in her office... it was a whole thing. A year and a half later, I can say I do indeed trust my dentist and I do not fear going to the dentist... Dr. Rachel is the most thorough dentist I've ever been to. I appreciate her dental professionalism, and her patient and kind "out of the box" care. I would recommend anyone to her who wants to make informed decisions about their oral health, and who really appreciates having options and to work with someone who might get them to think a little.
Deann is a gentle hygienist!! So grateful for her care on my sensitive teeth. Dr Mark is thorough and excellent. Trust them completely and recommend them to family and friends.
My extraction with DR. Mark was very satisfactory, he was very kind and comforting even stopping when the extraction got uncomfortable. Although the procedure was longer than expected he did not rush and took time to explain things to me. Thanks also to Tomika for also being so kind and helpful.
Don't like to throw anyone under the bus but I've had some iffy results with Dentist's in the past with regards to having Lyme's health issues, so I feel pretty lucky to have found this place. Dr. Mark definitely knows his stuff, took care of a problem tooth without a hitch, is personable and down to earth, and thoroughly explained options for my future dental care down the road.
