So far my experience with Dr Rachel has been great! I'm so glad I found her Office. She's experienced and I really appreciate her approach to dentistry. She's humble and willing to listen to your questions, and give educated answers, and through that calms my nerves. She's always willing to answer my questions without making me feel dumb. I never feel rushed when I'm in the dental chair. She's exactly what I was looking for in a dentist and her staff is also very kind, helpful, and quick to respond.
I found my soul-mate dentist! They are all about preserving tooth enamel and the life of your teeth! They have tons of extra knowledge and technology beyond other dentists I've been too. One of my kids needed a pulp cap to prevent needing a root canal. Minimally invasive dentistry has years experience doing them, where many dentists don't use them at all. They also help you heal your teeth enamel to the extent possible to prevent needing fillings and treatment. Love Doctors Rachel and Mark!
Dr. Rachel was very personable and professional when I had my intake appointment with her. She accurately described my dental needs and the treatments that were necessary. Louise, her assistant, was also very professional and kind. Everyone I met in the office were kind, caring, and professional. I’m thankful I have switched to her.
Dr Mark and Dr Rachel are such a gift! They are so thoughtful, thorough and efficient. Their proficiency makes for quicker visits but nothing is missed, in fact they have found underlying issues other dentists have missed. Plus they saved us from unnecessary work being done that a previous dentists told us was needed. I trust them completely. I have been going here for a year now and feel I get excellent dental care. All the staff is helpful. I like the reminders and that they call you back after procedures to make sure things are going well. I really appreciate how dedicated, knowledgeable, and hardworking Dr. Mark and Dr. Rachel are. I have a difficult mouth and they both are always helpful and work hard to get me feeling well. Wonderful dental clinic.
