have had a really pleasant experience here with some dental work i am nervous about. everyone is super helpful, courtney is great admin. liz was my hygienist today and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, like to the point of having a good time which is pretty hard to do at the dentist! she did excellent work and explained everything so thoroughly and with lots of compassion. highly recommend!
So far my experience with Dr Rachel has been great! I'm so glad I found her Office. She's experienced and I really appreciate her approach to dentistry. She's humble and willing to listen to your questions, and give educated answers, and through that calms my nerves. She's always willing to answer my questions without making me feel dumb. Again... Dr Rachel is fantastic. I have been a patient for a couple of years, but recently moved out of state. Visiting I chipped a tooth and called the office. They gave me an appointment, yet contacted me several times when earlier appointments opened up. Sadly, I had conflicts with the first couple choices, but they kept contacting me giving me an opportunity to get in. Dr Rachel gave me options and did a quick repair of the tooth. I am so appreciative for Dr Rachel and the entire staff of warm individuals.
Dr. Rachel was very personable and professional when I had my intake appointment with her. She accurately described my dental needs and the treatments that were necessary. Louise, her assistant, was also very professional and kind. Everyone I met in the office were kind, caring, and professional. I’m thankful I have switched to her.
I just had the best dental hygienist service I have ever experienced at Minimally Invasive Dentistry in St Paul. A combination of ultrasonic and traditional cleaning techniques resulted in a gentle appointment and super clean teeth. Dr Malterud and the whole staff are professional and I trust their work.
