My husband and I recently had our first visit, and it went very well. Our consultation with the doctor was very thorough, and we were also able to have our cleanings done during the same visit, which was especially convenient since we traveled from out of town. Dr. Rachel, DeAnne, and the rest of the staff were polite, kind, and very helpful throughout the entire appointment. We truly felt cared for as patients, not just treated as another set of teeth. I love the staff. I have been very afraid of the dentist for years and put off going as much as possible. They have made it so easy and gentle!! Dare I say I look forward to my next appointment! The work they do is thorough and and well planned. I am very thankful I found my new dentist.
Great staff, and Dr Mark is personable, skilled, very knowledgeable, thorough and understanding of a patient’s needs and wants. So too, I’ll give a shout out to Beverly the dental hygienist for her thoughtfulness, thoroughness and skill. One bit of advise. Because each patient is special to them, occasionally there may be a delay in being seen. I very much value going there and would highly recommend!
Dr. Mark is a pioneer and preserving teeth and the structure of the mouth. He will save a tooth that almost any cost which is extremely valuable. You don’t wanna lose your teeth. They have innovative technologies for example vacuum that they use he invented at himself they use supplements to help the flora in the mouth. Please high-tech cleaning a form of sandblasting that works great. He just stays up with current tech technologies. He’s the best.
Met with Dr. Rachel: exceptional use of technology and sharing of information focused on patient's best interests; professional yet friendly atmosphere by entire staff. Best dental visit ever, which is something I never imagined saying.
