The Mold Pros (TMP) of Arizona provided us with our second exceptional experience of mold remediation - our first being our Colorado home. In AZ, our home is over 70 miles from Phoenix, so we thought finding workers would be a problem, but the project was completely hastle free...from TMP's sending a simple at-home mold and mycotoxin assessment test (EMMA), to understanding what it would take to clear up the problem, to getting the job done was straight forward and efficient. This is an outstanding company. We had a mold issue which the Mold Pros was first able to accurately diagnose via testing, then they made a clear proposal to mitigate the issue. After they completed treatment, they completed more testing to ensure that all of the mold was eliminated, which it was. Without question, they are professionals who care about quality work and their customer. I would recommend them to anyone.
John and Darrin at the Mold Pros are dedicated professionals who made sure we were taken care of in every step of the way. If you need mold remediation, this is the company and the people you need to contact. Thank you.
No show, no call on remediation day is unacceptable. Especially, after collecting half of the payment to do the job weeks earlier. They had to fly someone in two days after the scheduled remediation date and he had to work from 5:30 PM to 10 PM on a Friday because they weren’t willing to reschedule in the morning. They have no respect for their or other’s time. I highly do not recommend this company for any of your mold inspection and remediation needs.
I hired this company to check for mold before starting a bathroom remodel and was explicitly told there was no mold. Once the remodel began and the first wall was opened, mold was immediately discovered. This inspection was clearly inaccurate and cost me time and money. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company or use them again.
