When we removed a picture, we realized mold was growing on the wall behind. ***** quickly sent a representative out to assess and take a sample to be analyzed at a laboratory. We were impressed with the knowledge of ***** and also ****, who was sent for the initial visit and also to conduct remediation. ***** took the time to explain all steps to get rid of the mold and we accepted their proposal. **** came just a few days later and created a barrier within the room and also at the doorway of the room, so the mold would stay... read more
