TMP is an excellent company to work with; highly recommended. Our chimney failed below the roofline resulting in an interior drip on the windowsill. We opted to investigate the roof, rebuild the chimney from roofline up, and bring the adjacent rooms around the chimney down to stud to allow a full inspection and treatment by TMP. TMP's experience throughout this process was outstanding and we're very happy to have a healthy home.
John's team went above and beyond to make sure our house was remediated and ready for remodel, they even got us in before Christmas! All in all the experience of working with Mold Pros was excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, knowledgable, professional and effective mold remediation. If you have a mold issue, this company was fantastic to work with. They made sure they had applicable baselines in both sunny and shaded areas outside and used a combination infrared cameras, tape lifts, and petri dishes to check mold levels in my attic and crawl space. I had an inspection done in January where I told them I had a concern about a mildewy smell that would occasionally be behind my dishwasher. The inspector used an infrared camera and moisture reader in the kitchen and said there wasn’t mold. I paid 1,800 for this. In July the smell came back so I called The Mold Pros again and I spoke with Shanna who said the inspector I had in January was no longer with the company and didn’t do a thorough job.
