Mike took advantage of us that we were young first time home buyers. When our attorney warned us about him, he convinced us that 7.750% interest rate is normal for business owners. When you have a mortgage that’s $5000 a month with $4700 alone is p&i and only $300 of it goes to paying off the house is absolutely sickening.
