One of the nicest and cleanest apartments in South Austin. Really enjoying the place and location just down from an awesome HEB on Slaughter Rd. . The amenities are better in person rather than the pictures on the web. Very reasonable rates for what you get. Very pleased.
Cedric was absolutely wonderful during my tour of The Nelson! He was incredibly helpful, patiently answering all my questions in detail. I really appreciated how considerate he was, showing me layouts and finishes that perfectly matched what I was looking for. The property itself is fantastic, with great layouts and beautiful finishes. I'm so excited to be moving in!
The Nelson is amazing! The leasing office staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The community is always clean, well-kept, and peaceful — such a quiet and relaxing place to come home to. I’m so happy I chose to live here!
Koby and Cedric are absolute pros and this property's even better in person than in the pictures, which are already super nice, it's one of those cases of pictures don't do it justice, you really have to drop in for a showing. The Nelson is an amazing place to live! It’s a brand new property with beautiful amenities. The dog park is massive, perfect for my pup to run around and play. The gym is huge and has everything you need for a great workout. I absolutely love my apartment, and the entire team has been super helpful and responsive from day one. Highly recommend The Nelson to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-managed place to call home!
