Recently moved into The Nelson and have been thoroughly impressed with both the community and the staff. I rarely write reviews, but the management and resident services here are truly exceptional—professional, responsive, and genuinely personable. Cedric, in particular, has been outstanding. I highly recommend The Nelson over many large, corporately managed apartment communities in Austin that often feel transactional and profit-driven rather than genuinely resident-focused.
I loved living at the nelson. I unfortunately had to move for work but if im ever fortunate to call austin home again the nelson is the only place ill go. Koby,Cedrick and the team at Kairoi are amazing. One of the nicest and cleanest apartments in South Austin. Really enjoying the place and location just down from an awesome HEB on Slaughter Rd. . The amenities are better in person rather than the pictures on the web. Very reasonable rates for what you get. Very pleased.
We’ve been living at The Nelson for 5 months now. It’s been great! As someone who has been renting for the past 4 years, this is by far the best place I’ve lived in Austin. The leasing office is very attentive to their residents. I appreciate all the community gatherings they put together. Apartment living is great, if there are any issues maintenance takes care of it asap! 10/10, recommend!!
Five stars. Hands down, The Nelson is the best value and easily the nicest property I’ve seen across all of Austin. The quality of the units and the amenities are unmatched for what you’re paying. It’s rare to find a place that hits this level of finish while still being reasonably priced, but they’ve nailed it. I also have to highlight Cedric—he’s an incredible asset to their team.
