I had a very disappointing experience with the front-desk staff at this neurology clinic. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. Communication was poor, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. The way patients are treated at the front desk can make a big difference, especially when people are already dealing with health concerns. Honestly the doctor I seen here is nice and all but so unprofessional. They asked me to get blood work done so I went they didn’t give me the lab papers to take in to give to the laboratory and then when J called them to fax it over because I was at my appointment they never did. I sat here for an hour.
My best friend has gone through a lot of unprofessionalism with this company. She went to the neurologist and had finally had test done. But never got her follow up scheduled to review her test results. She had to call, after 4 weeks she called to find out what happened. I feel this office should be closed down. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. They go to Dr for help. Most hate to admit they need help. The NP is wonderful. Receptionist seems new, but very polite. Internet, doesn’t work slowing care. The Doctor is a jerk. He told me that they don’t write out accommodations because “people will take advantage”. Nothing is better than have chronic pain and being told that we might take advantage of it. I had paperwork for FMLA that I was told would be ready is 2 weeks for a $25 charge. After 2 weeks it wasn’t done, the doctor wanted me to go somewhere else to get it filled out.
