I’m a stroke event survivor referred to the Neuron Clinic. For two years I haven’t been able to receive a viable treatment program. They failed to receive my medical records from Tri-City and my bloodwork from my primary and all my imaging. I have shown up to two scheduled appointments in the past three months and haven’t been seen. I watched as a man called in to the front desk before his apt time and explain the absolute struggle he was having with public transportation(major delays) trying to make his apt. He ended up have to call a cab which is expensive and when he came in only 1! 1! Minute late mind you, they refused to see him. He begged them. They KNEW the struggle. The front desk was soo rude. I feel a lot of the negative reviews are due to the health insurance industry being poorly managed. The doctors are amazing. The front staff can only move as fast as insurance processes. Insurance is ridiculously slow right now. At my primary, It took me 2 months to get a referral for a torn labrum in my hip. Most of the complaints I’ve read about Neuron Clinic here are about issues not within the staffs control. I had by far my worst medical experience at this location with Julia McKeehan NP. I was originally given an appointment with her for an EEG directed by my primary care doctor. She was extremely unprofessional and almost condescending. The first visit I ended up getting up and walking out of. Came back and had the EGG with a different practitioner. Followed up with Julia again recently. I was questioned about my personal life completely off topic of my EEG and given false information I had to correct her on. This woman should... read more
I was recently referred to this office for my migraines that 3 other neurologists have neglected to identify whey i get these headaches. well finally after coming to The Neuron Clinic and seeing Dr Pham and her team i finally have been getting the help i need with proper treatment.
