I am pleased with the staff. I saw a new guy. This time was very good very thorough and he did listen to everything. I wanted to tell him so that was all wonderful but the only thing that I got upset about was that I had to wait 15 minutes or 20 before he saw me but then they didn’t even send my same driver back to see me anyway I had to wait almost an hour but it wasn’t for you guys. Everyone, please be aware what’s going on here. I should look at the sign the first time when I saw that they had a close sign. I walked in the door was open and they forgot to put the sign out that it was open. That was one sign then we make an appointment for my wife to get Neuro feedback therapy and they schedule us for an initial mapping session. Staff is always polite and courteous. The Dr I seen on this day was attentive and detailed about what's going on with my body. Sometimes words can be scary. After he broke it all down to me I was able to relax. Thank you to the whole front desk staff and to Dr Jesse.
I'm very grateful for finally getting medical treatment properly. Your office is in a great location clean nice friendly staff. Neurologist knows what he is doing helping me heal and deal with my brain injury. Thank you.
The team is very professional. I felt well regarded, especially considering the critical need that caused me to make the appt. My cognitive tester was very patient with me. The doctor clearly explained (in common terms I could understand) my condition, the reasoning and the plan to address my concerns. I could not have asked for better care. Thank you All.
