I had the absolute WORST time trying to fill out the paperwork via the app they use for new patient intake. First, it was Klara, which kept kicking me out, then it was Weave, which needed some type of code to get into but had to be set up first via the front desk staff. I called 3 weeks ago to get an appointment and the woman I spoke to seemed preoccupied. She said that she was going to send over an email to confirm the appointment along with other documents. Had great experiences until today. My doctor was almost 20 minutes late to our telehealth appointment and when she came on she had her camera turned off and you could hear that she was in the car but also typing on her computer, so I presume there were other people in the car??!! This is the first time I’ve had a provider listen to and not dismiss my concerns about struggling with what I thought could be ADHD, which turned out to be the case. They are careful in adjusting medications, and explain everything from schedule to side effects very thoroughly. I appreciate the monthly (as opposed to quarterly at other practices I’ve been to) appointments, it helps me stay more on top of any concerns with my meds I might have— especially when adjusting! I have been using this practice for over a year, I took my time before reviewing just to wait and see. I have to say their front office is top notch. Any time and I literally mean any time I have ran into issues no matter what the issue is they have taken care of it. Anything from problems getting prescriptions filled, to appointment errors, to fees. I just call and they follow thru with what they state.
