I am seeking a new Apartment in Downtown Denver and a friend told me about The Northern. I just toured a few days ago. The leasing agent who I worked with is Breckyn. I really enjoyed my tour. She is very knowledgeable and fun. The property is a bit above my price range, but my tour with Breckyn was the best I have had! Thank you Miss Breckyn!!!

Cool place. Nice location. Great views. I like that I can see all of downtown and all the way to the mountains from the top floor lounge.

This place is really beautiful and the team truly cares about the property. Its a great location - super close to the statium, walkable to the cool areas of RiNo. The gym is GREAT - super well equipped with weights and cardio equipment.

Oh also let me add. There's been dog piss in all of the elevators every week multiple times a week packages left unattended pool shut down multiple times since they moved in the pool deck is left a mess constantly and there's trash all over the garage.

I have lived here one year. in October we had a wonderful event planner and she made me LOVE to live here, people were pleasant and I had no issues. Management then changed, they stopped the events that actually promoted community, let go of the event planner, and new members took over the leasing office. since then they have stopped offering the additional things like tea downstairs, fun events that allow you to connect with your neighbors, even completely missed one of their events they marketed. the marketing is just AI n... read more
