I picked a unit sight unseen, and moved in within 4 days. Brenda, Candice, Jordan, and Justin made what should have been my most anxiety ridden move, one of my easiest and most enjoyable. They found solutions for me and anticipated what I needed prior to my ever letting them know, and I am forever grateful for their kindness!! I’ve been living here for a month now. Everything has been spectacular. Candice and the management team are great. I’ve had a few small things to take care of in my apartment and they’ve been addressed super fast and done right. Tone sets up some great events and is always really helpful when I have questions. Jordan was a great sales person and I trusted him from the start. Move in was smooth. The apartment is beautiful as well as all the amenities and common areas. I couldn’t be happier with my decision!
Living at the Northern is the BEST! Moving across the country was a bit nerve wrecking, but Jordan did an excellent job of showcasing the beautiful property and all that the Northern has to offer. Tone always puts on the best events and the property management team is very active and responsive to our needs. I’d definitely recommend living here to anyone!
I’ve lived here for close to half a year and I absolutely love it. Not only are the amenities great and the apartment is beautiful, but the leasing office is full of kind helpful people who go out of their way to help you and make this place feel like home. I don’t even know how they found this out, but they recently left a bottle of champagne and a sweet card at our door to congratulate us on our engagement. I’ve lived here since they opened, and it’s by far the best building I have lived in Denver. Amazing views and amenities, and a great location. The floor plans are unique and have great fixtures. Also, the leasing staff (especially Candice) are super friendly and helpful, and plan all kinds of unique perks and events for residents.
