It has been one month since moving into The Northern, and I could not be happier with my decision... The building itself is breathtaking, and the entire Northern Staff is friendly, timely, and truly care about you as the resident. Candice and Brenda made the entire process of touring and signing very simple and fun. Justin and Irving from the maintenance team have been very helpful and responsive. Highly Recommend!
I had the most incredible leasing experience at The Northern, all thanks to Jordan! From the moment I walked into the leasing office, he greeted me with a warm, genuine smile (best dimples ever!) and immediately made me feel like my needs were his top priority. I stopped by to tour this beautiful new luxury apartment building and was greeted with smiles and good energy! Jordan Guillen was the agent who took me on the tour and he was amazing to say the least! His knowledge of the building and welcoming energy is part of why I have chosen to move forward with leasing one of these beautiful apartments. I absolutely love living at The Northern, so far! This place is gorgeous, from the building's design to the amazing amenities. The gym is fantastic—seriously, they have everything I could need—and all the common areas are so well thought out. But what really makes my day is waking up to the mountain views; they’re just breathtaking and add so much to the experience here. Moving in was also so easy, which really helped make me feel at home right from the start. I’m so happy to have found this place!
