Great Place to Call Home Been here for 3 months and it is great! Candice in the office is amazing, highly recommend working with her. Tone over the resident experiences does a great job setting up a variety of events for residents. The finishes and amenities are great and provides an option for guest parking (which is hard to find in Denver). If you’re looking for a new place that is close to the excitement of RiNo and Coors Field but still a more quiet part of town, this is your place.

Amazing EVERYTHING! When I started my apartment hunting journey almost 3 months ago, I came to The Northern first, on a list of 6 different properties in the area. I was living less than a mile away at another property that just didnt live up to neighborhood expectations. Really an amazing place so far The gym is designed by a genius. It’s missing like two things that I would want in a commercial gym which is astonishing for an apartment gym. The staff here are some of the nicest people imaginable. I absolutely love my apartment. The layout is near perfect. Pool is clean. The only downside so far: the hot tub jets are terrible, some of the other community members are quite degenerates, and there is no ping-pong table or sauna like I had at my last place.
