This Place is Terrible When I moved in there was a serious roof leek that when it rained it left puddles of water in the hall. That went unfixed for over four years. Now the whole building stinks. And Concept Properties has the Gall to blame the residence for that. Also when I moved in the air conditioning didn't work. I called maintenance and they brought over a broken window unit that had been abandoned by one of my neighbors.
