Oh concept property and the oaks @ trolley, where to start? Please never live here if you value your happiness, your clothes, your packages, your money, and your sanity. First of all, our air conditioning was completely broken for almost the entire time we were living there because our maintenance requests were repeatedly ignored. Concept Property Management has definitely made me feel warm and fuzzy inside. The way the maintenance on the building is handled is superb, I especially like it when I have to use the bathroom and the roof leaks down my back! And When the dryers were replaced with different, same quality or worse, dryers, I was extremely happy. The locks on the building make me feel so safe, I am very happy that I chose to reside here. This place is terrible. The maintenance is bad. They let a serious roof leek go for over four years. Now the building stinks. They refuse to fix the air conditioning. When I first moved in and asked them to fix the air conditioning, they brought over a broken window unit that had been abandoned by one of my neighbors. The company that put in the original air conditioning when out of business. Now they would have to do major construction to put in an air conditioning unit that is the right size for the apartment, so the... read more
So far have not had any issues. I moved in in May and haven't experienced anything like some other reviews on here. My apartment was super clean and updated when I got here. The carpets were nice, hid the dirt, and not that cheap tile carpet, which was nice. Plus for the price, I have a surprising amount of space for just over 800$ a month compared to other 2 bedroom apartments I have looked at in the past near the same price. Utilities have been fairly cheap. The only thing I think I can address is that the kitchen is a tad... read more
cockroaches, and poor maintenance your thing then this is the place for you, all of the apartment doors are installed so badly there barely close, and the front door bares the scars of being kicked in several times. the residents like to jam the locks on the building which has allowed cracked out homeless people into the building more than once. there isn't enough parking in the area so be prepared to walk. the ceiling leak, and my neighbors seem to be junkies.
