This is in regards to my experience at The Otis building, where I’ve been living since June 2020 and it’s only gotten worse by the month. 1 star for the building engineer who is the only one that does something useful around here. The building structure is pretty BUT move here IF: 1. You like unresponsive management who does not listen to any concerns but has a social media team that has time to post. 2. 2 WORDS…HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! I love the community of neighbors however the management has made my experience with FLATS horrible! For the past year we have been complaining about water temperatures during a literal pandemic!

There is no management. They get you in and leave you stranded. I’ve been trying to reach someone to extend my lease and no one is available to do so. Emailed called left tons of messages and emails. No response whatsoever

Management disappears immediately after you sign your lease. I have been here since July and I can’t get ahold of anyone. Multiple areas of the building are dirty or damaged. The grounds crew and maintenance staff are helpful, but management is needed to complete the more daunting tasks. Do not live here if you expect a good landlord to help you.
