I have lived at the Otis Flats for over a year. My experience with the Engineer, Rico and the work he provides for our building is outstanding! Whenever, there is anything broken or needs to be fixed, Rico is very knowledgeable when fixing the problem.. Rico is very prompt and professional at all times. His expertise, while working throughout the building is very helpful for the residents. I was a resident at the Otis Flats from Oct. 2018 - Aug 2020. The amenities and services the property offers was great and the soft loft ambiance style I really enjoyed. As of recent, I would like to commend the phenmonial staff and customer service that Flats Life has provided for me. Namely in particular, Sterling Coleman, the property manager for the Otis.
