Brand new tenant here! I'm ecstatic about living here! Its clean and quiet, and the first two months of rent are free if you book in the summer! They love cats, maintenance is very helpful, neighbors are kind, and I love my little balcony. I'm close to the city but its not loud, they have a cafe and beautiful lounge area in the complex. LIVE HERE!!!
Living at the Parker was awesome. Never had issues with neighbors for noise or rudeness or anything. Kris and Stacey worked with me to find the perfect apartments in the building because I was here so long and wanted to upgrade to a balcony eventually. WORTH IT!! The ONE time I had a maintenance request (in my whole stay-only for my toilet flapper) was fixed immediately. Always good communication for any fun events in the building and in the metro. Totally recommend living here for reasonable downtown living!!
I had a fantastic time applying for and getting my apartment. Everyone, especially Kris (management), has been so kind while going through this. They have made it very easy and stress free. Any time a problem arises (which is quite rare might I add) Kris and the rest of the staff here at the Parker have done everything to help fix it in a timely manner.
