A well coordinated group of periodontists and staff. Dr. Bernstein was clear and specific with my needs. I feel fortunate being able to have the treatment that I need and that he knows the potential outcomes, that were expressed to me as I now I feel comfortable with the treatment plan. I felt the practice was highly competent, thorough, friendly, and clear in their communication. Arranging follow up visits is organized and efficient. So far I’m very pleased. After a week the recovery has been very good.
While vacationing in Italy I became ill and passed out falling several feet, landing on my face. The result of the impact created major damage to my face and my teeth. When I returned to the states, I contacted Dr. Fiorillo in Boston who started the temporary work that is necessary to repair the damage. This office was professional, thorough, efficient, and kind. The staff were friendly and knowledgable. Dr. Bernstein is a dude. His confidence put me at ease. He was clear, direct, and got my wisdom tooth out with no pain. It’s nice to know there’s a place like this to go for procedures that are often not the most pleasant. Well done, team Perico.
