Maintenance and office staff have poor communication sometimes. Maintenance will arrive to your unit (sometimes) and seems not to be clear on what they came to fix even though you entered a detailed work order??? Sometimes this communication results in them having to come back AGAIN which can be a huge inconvenience. Erika Kleiber is an absolute sweetheart, incredibly friendly and proactive. She has always welcomed us with so much joy and patiently taught us everything we needed to know. It's been a year since we moved here, and it has been the best experience i've ever had. Erika's warm personality and willingness to assist have made our transition seamless, and couldn't be happier with the welcoming atmosphere she has created. Highly recommended!
The stairs in building 4425 are shaking and completely detached from the cracked foundation on one end. No response has been made to my maintenance report, so I tried showing the office. Erika's response was to say there wasn't anything they could do about it and to use a different flight of stairs. It is unlawful to know of unsafe living conditions like this and refuse to fix them. Edgar very politely filed another maintenance report for me after Erika refused to do anything, but I still doubt anything will be done about it
I’ve been here for 6 years almost 7 and Kapil has been servicing us great. All the maintenance guys are great. Very helpful and knowledgeable, willing to help at any time. Very grateful to have these team of guys here to help.
