It’s is now 2:07pm after several calls and multiple voicemails I still have no heard back from the staff at my complex regarding the squirrels that were in my unit last night. I was forced to stay up all night as no resolution was provided and the maintenance team member never returned after using a black trash bag to stuff into the dry duck to “keep the squirrels out” I was forced to call one of their sister properties to have Mason who answered the phone reaching out to my complex to request they give me a call. I was lucky enough to have Martín's help while I lived in the complex, and honestly, it was an excellent experience. He was always very attentive, respectful and willing to help with anything he needed. Whether it was something related to maintenance or simply a doubt, Martín always responded with kindness and efficiency. It shows that he takes his work seriously and cares about the well-being of the residents. Thank you, Martín, for your support during my stay. People like you make a big difference.
