I love The Place for Children with Autism in Cicero. My child was a client here and I could feel the love that the therapists have for the kids there. They treat them like their own and I appreciate that!
Constant cancelling sessions for my child due to short staff though they claim they did "mass hirings" year prior and this yr. Constant injury notes with 1 as an example saying "therapist" will watch my son closer next time -not acceptable. Lack of professionalism, lack of communication. My son was placed on a long wait list to be able to attend this school. Please do research bc this school is not it. You bring situations to their attention and they give you the run around by saying "I was off that day" "I was on lunch" an... read more
A fellow Autism Mom told me about THE PLACE! I made a desperate post asking for help while frustrated over my sons CPS pre-school experience and it was the BEST decision I’ve ever made. Since beginning ABA therapy at THE PLACE, my son has made huge gains, have met so many goals, has improved in communicating and grown overall. Our family also received lots of financial assistance to cover out of pocket costs. Everyone worked together to make our time here count as much as possible. The staff was more like family!
I can’t say enough great things about The Place. My daughter has learned so much from them! From potty training to being more social with peers and other adults. All of the people we have met there were so nice and helpful and My daughter loved going there! I wish she could’ve stayed longer but we appreciate all the time she was there! Thank you for everything you’ve done! ❤️😊
I just cant believe i found a place for my baby 💙 everyone is so sweet and helpful 💕 i just cant express how thankful i am for this place !!! Mariana helped me lots with programs that i could qualify for that i had no idea they existed. Michael and fatima are just awesome explaining everything and the therapists are AWESOME .... i see alot of progress in my baby !!!!
