I’m so grateful for the support my son has received here. The therapists are kind, attentive, and really take the time to understand his needs. I’ve noticed positive changes in him, and it means everything to see him growing and gaining confidence. Thank you for all that you do!

The attendance policy is far too rigid and does not seem to take staff well-being into consideration. It is especially difficult for RBTs, who are sent home if a child is absent or arrives late. Being asked to leave and then return later is inefficient and frustrating. In my experience, I was turned away for being late and then asked to come back later the same day, which seemed unreasonable and counterproductive. Policies like these create unnecessary stress for parents and staff rather than supporting them.

Soo happy we found this center. Our toddler has blossomed in less than a year. We can't wait to see more. Can truly see that the therapist love their jobs and kiddos.

I have completed the BCBA training experience here at The Place-River North. Training was very thorough and detailed. The training covered all the areas and tasks I would have to complete as a BCBA.

You can tell how much this staff cares for the kids. They give so much attention to the details. I am so thankful I found The Place! What a great team. I feel so supported!
