Hello everyone, I have recently moved to Centennial Plaza. I would highly recommend you submitting your application if you would like to raise your kids in a family friendly oriented apartment complex. We have residential meetings once a month. We also have an officer come speak with us and ensure that our concerns are at ease. I like the fact there is NO loud noise and violence. I would like to give flowers to the office staff and maintenance!! Office staff is throughly reviewing prospective and current tenants backgrounds to ensure an our neighborhood is safe. There was a humongous sweep!! (Meaning all the past tenants that made our neighbors feel unsafe, was investigated and evicted by staff members) long story short… ALL THE TERRIBLE TENANTS ARE GONE!! The apartment itself is lovely i moved in Thursday my apartment or “ townhome”they call it is roach infected on top of that my air went out but got fixed today . When i applied i asked for a 3 stories townhome you would think is a townhome but no they call the 3 stories “ Flats “ & the regular apartments townhome. Don't change filters in timely manner. My filters has jot been changed since 08/15/19. Poor maintenance crew. They should've never changed manager because Regina is the worst to come. She has a very nasty attitude and acts like she is better than you because you stay here and she doesn't. Never seen anything like it and if they want to keep their residents they need to get rid of her🤷
