We lived here for 18 months in a Barrier unit. The community is nice, the gym is great, and the waterfront location is beautiful. That said, there were several downsides. The kitchen in our unit was small and dark, while the guest bathroom was oversized and felt like wasted space. The pool is one of the property's biggest selling points, but it usually closes around 6:30-7:00 p.m., so you can't enjoy the sunset despite it being west-facing on the water.
