I am severely disappointed in the upkeep and cleanliness of the building and responsiveness of the team here at th Potomac. I had a tour two days ago and I really liked it :) My expectations were low but this place is great!!!! My biggest priorities were location, price and of course the apartment unit and Riverhouse exceeded them all. On top of that I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the amenities are. The leasing agent, Ahmed was very helpful. He answered all my questions thoroughly and although I normally dont leave reviews but he really went above and beyond. Huge Kudos and praise for Fidel and Max at the Potomac Front Desk! I had a package go missing. They put in real time and effort to review video footage and make calls to track down the package, and kept checking back with me on the status. And in the end, FedEx had sent me someone else’s delivery confirmation! It means so much to have staff that cares deeply and wants to help get to the bottom of a problem!
Living at the River House in Potomac has been a cool experience, significantly enhanced by the outstanding service of Marieme Sene. With their facilities and strategic locations, the River House stands out, especially for its proximity to essential amenities like the metro station and Costco. My home view is one of the reason why I stay here. I see sunrise and sunset amazingly.
