Hi guys it was my First time dealing with the Riverhouse apartment and it was a very pleasant experience. Marieme was my leasing agent and she has been very helpful it was a pleasant experience.. I can recommend you to have her as your agent.

Note: Many of the reviews reflect a 5-star rating. This is because leasing agents claim they get a monetary bonus if you leave a 5-star review. This is a reflection of kindness toward them, not a legitimate review of the facilities. I am severely disappointed in the upkeep and cleanliness of the building and responsiveness of the team here at th Potomac. I had a tour two days ago and I really liked it :) My expectations were low but this place is great!!!! My biggest priorities were location, price and of course the apartment unit and Riverhouse exceeded them all. On top of that I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the amenities are. The leasing agent, Ahmed was very helpful. He answered all my questions thoroughly and although I normally dont leave reviews but he really went above and beyond. Huge Kudos and praise for Fidel and Max at the Potomac Front Desk! I had a package go missing. They put in real time and effort to review video footage and make calls to track down the package, and kept checking back with me on the status. And in the end, FedEx had sent me someone else’s delivery confirmation! It means so much to have staff that cares deeply and wants to help get to the bottom of a problem!
