We had issues with a neighbors dog barking at all hours. I reached out to the office three times for help but nothing was done. We were told that since we stopped reaching out that they assumed the issue was resolved. This caused us to need to break our lease early due to many sleepless nights affecting our families health. We reached out to the main staff and they had no sympathy for us and told us we had three options. Management is fine, and the maintenance team is so wonderful, but the building itself isn’t up to par for the price. The electricity goes out 1-2 times every other month which is not ideal if you work from home and breakers flip often. You can hear every conversation in the hallway and the units around you. Just not well built.
My shower head was fixed right away the next day after I submitted the request the night before. Nick did a great job as always ! Thank you for the fast response and repair ! John
I had been in communication with the team since October as I was highly interested in the apartments. Over that time I was able to enroll in a program that allowed me to view apartments as they came up. The follow up was incredible and I just moved in last week. I’ve already met some very kind people and I’m excited to meet more as I integrate into the complex. As for my apartment, the high ceilings and windows make it light and welcoming. Overall, it has been a tremendous experience and I couldn’t be happier!
We lived at the Preserve temporarily while our new house was being build, and we had such a great experience that we wished we would have found this place sooner. Our apartment unit had a great layout with spacious bedrooms and big windows that brought lots of sun light. The amenities are great with a very nice pool area. The location is very good with a 5 mins walk to Normandale Lake and 10 / 15 mins away from everything you need.
