Overall, my experience at this new apartment has been great so far! Transitioning here after dealing with a nightmare move-out elsewhere has been a huge relief. The team here is fantastic. Whenever I reach out with additional questions, Amanda and Mandy always help out immediately—usually within about 30 minutes. Excellent maintenance response
This building and staff are one of the best in BPGs lineup. However it's too close to the street gangs of Wilmington. If you like to hear gunfire and watch crime scenes unfold in real time from a high vantage point, this is your place. I've heard at least four shootings (and one kid screaming in agony) in the ten months I've been here.
