The entire process from initial tours to moving my mother-in-law in was a wonderful experience. The staff are super communicative and helpful. My MIL was extremely hesitant to move away from her home, but is now thriving and genuinely happy. She’s made great friends, attends activities, and is as independent as she can be with safety measures in place. We could not be happier with how happy she is!
After more than 40 years in their family home moving to an assisted living environment was not easy for my parents however, this experience has been better than they could have imagined, and most importantly they are happy. The staff are supportive and attentive, and provide exceptional service and take the time to know my parents as individuals. Very nice facility with very friendly staff. The restaurant inside looks great and there is a rooftop area that can be used but is secure for safety. I would recommend staying here if you want a nice area with nice people and easy access to the metro. It is not within reasonable walking distance to any grocery store or convenience store though
Life is a journey. Sometimes the journey presents difficult circumstances that require help from others to successfully navigate those circumstances.
