This is an amazingly pleasant and spacious Apartment complex. The guy Ryan Hill who showed the apartment was very knowledgeable and manner able. Thanks so much and keep up the great work!
Thank you so much to Nikki in the front office!! Every time I call and get her I let out a breath of relief because she makes it so much easier for me to just explain an issue and get it fixed! Give her a raise!! She answers my questions so patiently and makes me feel like I’m not dumb, even though I have definitely asked some dumb questions. If you call and get Nikki, you’re guaranteed to be talking to someone who knows what they’re talking about! Definitely the silver lining of many an issue :))

- 3 months went by and they never replaced the leaking sink. Caused immense water damage and they ripped up the floor and left it like that for a month. My guests thought I was crazy. Then I learned that this is just standard practice for this company and THEY HAVE BEEN THROUGH THREE DIFFERENT MANAGEMENT COMPANIES/MANAGERS IN THE PAST YEAR!!! - There are NO SECURITY CAMERAS overlooking the buildings.
