My daughter stayed here last school year and had an awful time. There was a shooting right outside her apartment that involved a fatality. Also, though she paid extra to have a cat, they still later asked for more money because they claim it smelled of cat pee. She cleaned the carpet before she left. They also charged an exorbitant fee to get a new parking decal after an accident even though she only had a month before she was moving out. Absolutely disgusting and terrible place to live -- avoid at all costs. Living here has been a nightmare and has severely impacted both my and my roommate's mental health. 1, From day one, the dishwasher was completely unusable -- rusted, filled with a horrible smell, and clearly not maintained. We were never able to use it for the entire living year. 2, The dryer button kept breaking. Despite multiple maintenance requests and "repairs," it never worked properly.
