My daughter lives here since September 2025 for her last school year and so far had a terrible experience. The management don't care and don't take action at all. Since she moved in, she reported the presence of cockroaches that come in through the front door. The front door is without the seal all around. My daughter stayed here last school year and had an awful time. There was a shooting right outside her apartment that involved a fatality. Also, though she paid extra to have a cat, they still later asked for more money because they claim it smelled of cat pee. She cleaned the carpet before she left. They also charged an exorbitant fee to get a new parking decal after an accident even though she only had a month before she was moving out. Absolutely disgusting and terrible place to live -- avoid at all costs. Living here has been a nightmare and has severely impacted both my and my roommate's mental health. 1, From day one, the dishwasher was completely unusable -- rusted, filled with a horrible smell, and clearly not maintained.
