DO NOT LIVE HERE! Management is lazy, because even if you reach out with a complaint, the chances of it getting resolved are 1 in 10. EVERY building is totally gross, they haven’t cleaned the breezeways in god knows how long (or even ever). Multiple times in the past 10 months every trash can in the complex has been overflowed with trash, and everytime (including currently!) it just stays like that for like at least 2 weeks. I’ve been living at this apartment complex for a while now, and while no place is perfect, I’ve generally had a positive experience. The service and management are excellent—always responsive and genuinely helpful when issues arise. The service desk team deserves a special mention; they are always polite, professional, and efficient, making interactions with them smooth and pleasant. I’m not sure about other apartments in this community, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. I’ve reached out to both the manager and the leasing office multiple times. Although the manager responded and said action would be taken, things only got worse the following week. My apartment was dirty from the beginning—sticky floors, garbage left around, and no proper cleaning or maintenance. I’ve spoken up to both my roommates and management, but nothing has improved. DONT EVER MOVE to this place for one management is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. They scam you out of money. They will charge you for damages and never repair them at all. My old roommates had 2k worth of damages and didn’t even hang a picture on the wall during his lease. The GM Mr. Dunbar ordered maintenance to throw away a brand new $1600 king size mattress out of my apartment that was delivered 2days before and still in original packaging. I know a lot of people have had issues here and I have had my own, but if you are looking for affordable living this is the place! i have been here with two years with my dog and this is a great area to have pets. lots of open land around and there is always treats in the office!
