I live in a 1940s home with an unfinished concrete basement and radon levels that had a two-week average of 5.1 at its highest point in the year. Not super high but still higher than we'd like. Two other companies came out to the house and said there was almost no air flow in our slab and recommended mitigating the crawlspaces instead. The Radon Guys came out and were more thorough in checking for air flow and said they found some good flow, to their surprise. Chris and Matty did a fantastic job. They were clear in communication, diligent in their work, and the mitigation system got our radon number down to a safe number (.2) within a week.
About 2 months ago The Radon Guys came out to treat my home and the results speak for themselves. Within 24 hours of installation my radon levels dropped from 8-12 pCi/L down to 3-4 pCi/L. The install was quick and effective and the technicians were friendly and professional. 10/10 would hire again (and I might just to knock my radon levels down a bit further).
