Long time tenant I've been here for a few years, and Love the complex. The management when I moved in was good, then it got a little ehh, but our Management now is AWESOME. One of our past Asst. Managers is back and is now the Property Manager!! The grounds are always clean and I've never had issues with maintenance fixing things. For the most part the property is quiet. Millie Thomas Although a bit noisy, this apartment has great amenities such as washer and dryer, fitness center, and pool. The unit is in walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and many more. My daughter is currently a sophomore in high school and I plan on moving once she graduate. Free rent for a year would allow me to safe money for college and move to area that fits my needs.
Love the area The complex building I live in is a really nice and quiet place to live it. It has spacious 2 and 3 bedrooms for your family and even to build one. It has a nice big pool area, a park for the younger kids and a basketball court where the younger boys can enjoy a game of basketball. Also, It has nice schooling in the area and you have access to stores there are in walking distance, which is a big plus for some.
Dirty Not well kept .. they need new grounds man .. garbage is everywhere over flowing .. hallways are very dirty with dust balls .. place has mold everywhere needs to be cleaned properly

Do not Rent here The office hours posted are 100% false, they also do not get back to you unless you hound them which is not your job as the applicant. They di have a temporary person there but he is gone and I haven't been able to contact anyone since. Honestly do not waste your time with them.
DONT RENT HERE I was a current tenant for years and I moved cleaned my apartment and the management still trying to charge me over the amount of security hundreds of dollars for basic wear and tear of the unit the carpet and walls that they are clearly suppose to paint after each move in and install new carpet NEVER RENT here they will try to get money from you anyway they can

We do this because it is important to us to offer a clean well maintained home to both new and current residents. Any charges that our residents receive upon move out are discussed in person in a final move out walk between both the tenant and the community manager. Steer clear!!!! The property manager at this complex is completely unreasonable. There is no such thing as “normal wear and tear” and you will be charged thousands beyond your security deposit for carpet, paint, etc. And that was after moving into the place with old carpeting and residing here for 3 years. She was rude, thoughtless, inconsiderate and didn’t even have the courtesy to reply to my negotiations. Look ANYWHERE else! Prospective renters beware!!
