Great location thats well maintained with major curb appeal. Staff is always friendly and helpful from the smallest things to major things. Maintenance is very responsive and get issues completed in a timely manner. And last but certainly not least they actually celebrate their residents! They won't allow you to feel like just another person paying rent to just live here.
The apartments are really nice and the staff was super helpful. The study rooms on each floor and the pet grooming station are super clutch! Special thanks to the Leasing Manager, Sammy Green, who went above and beyond to answer my questions. Definitely considering making this my new apartment!
We’ve been living at The Residences since the very beginning, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The amenities—study rooms, pool, gym, and the glorious, life-giving free coffee machine—are all great. But what truly makes this place special is the team. Erin, Mike, and the maintenance crew are simply the best. They go above and beyond to make this community feel like home, and their kindness and dedication make all the difference. Honestly, the coffee helps, but it’s the people here that keep us staying!
This place is absolutely amazing! The leasing office staff, Erin and Ty are very sweet and so professional. The facility is nice and well kept. It’s a great apartment complex for college students, and honestly feels like a normal apartment complex which is reassuring. The place is secure and makes me not have to worry about break ins or anything of that nature. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice secure place to live off campus.
