In all my years of renting this is by far the best managed building I've lived in and the easiest experience i've ever had. I started in a studio apartment and grew into a 1 bedroom over my 5 years of living here and both apartments were great for my needs at the time. The crew that manages this building makes it really easy to live here.
As far as cleanliness goes, Gloria and Cassie do a great job of making sure all the common areas are spotless. Nothing like the smell of pine welcoming you as you step into the lobby. One area of great importance to me is that they keep the gym very fresh. Very satisfied with their work.
Gloria and Cassie deserve so much appreciation! Their work is always impeccable, and they bring such a warm, positive energy to the building. They pay close attention to every detail, and it shows — the complex is always clean, tidy, and well cared for. I have lived at the Residences at Richmond Trust for a little over a year now. I rent the Ellwood Studio and absolutely love it! The large windows come with amazing views and let in so much natural light that help make the space feel open and grand for being a studio. The built in storage, new Bosch appliances and little design features help maximize the space while giving it a luxurious feeling. I lived in this building for 8 months, and it was the worst experience of my life for several reasons: Firstly, despite being assured that the building was smoke-free, I consistently detected a strong odor of marijuana emanating from the bathroom vent. The smell was so pervasive that I had to use a mask to enter the bathroom. Repeated complaints via email and in-person visits to the leasing office yielded no resolution.
