I love this place I have been resident going on 6 years. This is without exception, the premier rental property in Downtown Wilmington. I am retired with two children. This building is safe, convenient, with access to everything. And, you don't need a car. Amtrak is 9 blocks away, the hotel DuPont across the street. As is the park. We have a movie theatre, fitness center, computer lounge. Management is great. Maintenance is superb. I can afford to live anywhere. my apartment is nice I live in Rodney square in wilmington, DE. It in downtown and the surrounding is a park,which is very beautiful and Sometimes it has some events,like jazz concert. The apartment I live in is very nice. The stuff work here are nice and fix some problem very quickly. The high secure system make me safe here.

'Luxury' The apartment isn't bad, we have lots of space for a fair price. Street parking only, which can get a little tricky. However, my washing machine overflowed about 2 months ago, ruined some of the floor boards, and they said they'd come back to fix it. So far, no one has returned. Also, the fridge isn't very nice, no ice maker or water. All of the sinks in the apartment have at some point leaked, and the kitchens are very small w/ no natural light. Penthouse: lower your expectations I would not recommend the penthouse for anyone considering it. The only elevator that goes to the 14th floor where the penthouses are located is often inop or being reserved for movers. There is a door for maintenance to access the rooftop and if it isn’t locked properly, it’ll slam during windy days and is a great disturbance. They're trying to get "luxury" prices for a B- property. Pros: 1. Great doormen. 2. Punctual and accommodating maintenance team (necessary or the building will fall apart). 3. Nice gym. 4. The area is nice and relatively walkable. Cons: 1. All of the problems that come with ~100 year old buildings. 2. Do not even go to look - leasing office is full of cheats and liars I went in to take a tour and Will in the leasing office informed me that if I cancel my application after applying, I get all my money back. I ended up applying and then cancelling my application. When I asked for refund, he blatantly refused that he ever said I will get any refund. Even the emails say I will not get money back if approved, but it never got to that stage as I withdrew within hours. This is fooling people. First Will gave wrong information an... read more

Dont Rent Here! The Apartments are called Luxury Apartments but are nothing of the sort. They show you a newly renovated apartment and the lease you an old one that is falling apart. The windows leak, the floors are coming up, The roof leaks everywhere and black mold fills the inside of the walls. There is no heat in the halls, The appliances are cheap and old. It's not really worth it The actual apartments are decent; however, there are many cons here. The price is really high for what you get. You also have to add 135 dollars to your rent per vehicle if you want to park in the garage inside the building. They say you can park on the street for free, but no one really wants to do that. Wilmington is really sketchy so you don't want to park blocks away and have to walk to the apartment if you come home late one night. Crime is high in the area nearby as well.
