New to the complex and kinda frustrated, is it me or does anybody read the sign on the trash compactor that boldly states "break down your boxes before putting them in the compactor" so now the trash compactor stays broke and we can't throw away our trash because there are an influx of people that choose not to read the sign.As well now there continues to be an overflow of trash and UNBROKEN DOWN BOXES on the ground which will eventually cause rodents. EDIT#2: The Maintenance staff is on point. Had me fixed up as quick as they could. I am an Industrial electrical technician so I know how it is. You’re needed everywhere at once and they still got here fast. Fixed me up faster. Washer was not down for long. EDIT: If I could make this place a 10/5 star review I would. If you would like to get into contact with ANYONE at this property, just park yourself outside and hope someone shows up. We have been trying to get into contact with the leasing office to end our lease (extremely unhappy AND had to move) and we can’t get anyone to call or email us back to save our lives. If you are interested in moving in, DONT. We can hear our next door neighbor snoring so loud it vibrates the wall in between our apartments, you can hear everything being said above you. Love this place.! It’s so quiet it’s very, very pretty a lot of walking around dog friendly !!staff is awesome !!!And I love it. Plan on staying for a very long time.!!
Mackenzie in the front desk was so helpful and kind helping me quickly find a place before my lease ended. She even helped set me up with a unit that would be good for my ESA in the future. I picked up my keys today and I didn’t catch her name but the person working was so efficient and helpful as well. I’m looking forward to my new home, they’re absolutely beautiful in a great location!
