The property manager, Casey, is rude, and overall this property has gone downhill. I've lived here since it first opened and never had a single issue when it was managed by Oakwood. Since IRT Living took over, the experience has completely changed. Casey, the current property manager, lacks transparency and fails to communicate with residents who have been loyal, respectful, and neighborly.
