We have used Roof Doctor on multiple properties now, and they will continue to be our go-to for our roofing needs in the future. They are always on time and work efficiently, the workers ensure the job site is clean at the end of the day. I have never felt upsold on anything, they do a wonderful job of explaining the process and options available. We are very happy with the quality of our roof, thank you for your service!
I emailed for a roof cleaning, the called and scheduled a date. Contractor came out took pictures and said he’d get back to us, as he had to run because another customer had a tree on his roof. I have not heard a word! We called and I have emailed multiple times but nothing. I’m not sure why they wasted my time.
They were fast and fixed a couple of other small issues at no extra charge. I appreciated that they educated me on the issue and gave me my options for repairing my roof. They communicated with me during the fix with updates as needed. I also felt that the cost was a good value since I've had bids for this sort of thing in the past and for what they did they seemed to be perfectly fair.
An excellent job done. We got three different quotes and the Roof Doctor beat the other two by a goodly amount of money. David Cha brought us an estimate and we picked out the roofing color. He was very polite and answered our questions. The crew roofed the Bremerton house in record time and cleaned up. It looks great. The Roof Doctor put roofing on another of our houses in Port Orchard some years ago. I would recommend them to all and I'm sure we will call on them again. Thanks from Terry & Judy Mortensen
A shout out for an excellent job Roof doctor folks!!! It was such a pleasure to do business with the Roof Doctor, Inc. From the first contact with Miss Lydia, at the office, to the final completion of our roof project under the direction of Garrett Driver(project manager) and his crew …. I could not be happier! The crew was punctual, courteous, efficient, very well organized and focused on the task they completed in a very timely manner and went the extra mile leaving the place very clean. THANK YOU!!!!!!!
