Bare is an amazing agent. I wish I could give 6 stars. Always attentive, super friendly, and professional and has great knowledge of this building. Always ask for her, she really knows her stuff and can help you with anything .
Just providing an update on how poorly things continue to be managed at The Rosie. I made a previous post regarding a reimbursement check that The Rosie owes me, and shockingly—two months later—I still have not received it. Despite following up multiple times with Briana, I keep getting the same generic response: “We haven’t heard back from the accountant.” It’s been two months of this same excuse, and now I’m being completely ghosted. I’ve repeatedly requested contact information for her manager so I can escalate the issue... read more
I've been living in Chicago for six years, and this is by far the worst building I’ve ever lived in—and the problems started just one month after moving in. The only saving grace is the maintenance man, Victor, who genuinely tries to help. Unfortunately, the leasing office and management are a different story: consistently unresponsive, rarely available in person (even on days they claim to work), and overall unprofessional. Elevator issues? Constant. The elevators have gone down eight times during my one-year lease. One h... read more
I’ve been living in the Rosie for a few months. When I first moved in, things were ok, but then I noticed when I went in our community app, neighbors were always posting about their packages being stolen. Then it happened to me. Apparently, this has been dating back before my time living; however management doesn’t see fit to fix it. The property manager has left (as he should have), but we haven’t received any new emails from new management introducing themselves or letting us know what they plan to do about all the theft... read more
I’m sure new tenants are asked to write a good review after a week of moving in, I definitely was and since changed it after being here for 9 months. - Packages get stolen, OFTEN; I’ve filed a police report as a result. Was told there would be a system for Amazon delivery and that doesn’t exist. Plenty of cameras around, yet management hasn’t proactively done anything to actually STOP the theft-because it’s been happening the 180 days I’ve been living here. - AirBnB & Hotel.com people stay in the building and throw parties... read more
Drug and human trafficking all over this place. Dog park is for drug dealing. STAY AWAY. I got the absolute fucking shit kicked out of me and the whole building is in on it
The finishes are lovely, but the rest is in shambles, nowhere CLOSE to luxurious… The HVAC system is controlled/monitored remotely by a 3rd party and is a DISASTER—multiple complaints have been filed with the city. Many tenants are freezing and unable to turn on their heat, battling with intermittent cold air that blows automatically—even when a thermostat has been turned off. Others are boiling hot and unable to keep the heat off; it will also turn on automatically. We’ve been lucky enough to alternate between BOTH miserab... read more
