This has been the best move-in experience I have ever had with any apartment home I have moved into in Austin. I have lived in a lot of cities and this has been one of the best experiences from the staff being so accommodating and also just being so nice. Huge shout out to Melissa for all the help and being such a gem! Great location with some many things in walking distance to the community that truly makes it feel like more of a downtown neighborhood without the hustle and bustle.
First one leaving a review on this complex! Amazing units, very spacious for the 1 bedrooms! Leasing agent Melissa was kind and sweet and answered all of my questions. Will more than likely apply to live here, very open-air hallways, definitely a complex where you won’t feel trapped in.
My wife and I are looking forward to moving in. The property is nice. Johnte was excellent during the tour and has been excellent during our lease experience. Very responsive, professional, and courteous. He gives us confidence that the property is well-managed. He made such a great impression, in fact, that we changed our minds from another location.
Shoutout to our leasing agent Johnte and his help with showing us the beautiful unit! That level of communication made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. I’m not a pessimist, but I will say this world could benefit from more kind people. That’s why I feel so compelled to share my experience living at The St. George — because kindness is exactly what sets this place apart. I’ve only had one other experience with an apartment complex, and it wasn’t great. It was small (maybe 30 units), but getting in touch with the leasing office or maintenance felt nearly impossible.
