Love the natural light here, every corridor has a great view and the floor plan layouts are spacious and comfortable. Staff is super sweet! Definitely recommend checking out.
First one leaving a review on this complex! Amazing units, very spacious for the 1 bedrooms! Leasing agent Melissa was kind and sweet and answered all of my questions. Will more than likely apply to live here, very open-air hallways, definitely a complex where you won’t feel trapped in.
I’m not a pessimist, but I will say this world could benefit from more kind people. That’s why I feel so compelled to share my experience living at The St. George — because kindness is exactly what sets this place apart. I’ve only had one other experience with an apartment complex, and it wasn’t great. It was small (maybe 30 units), but getting in touch with the leasing office or maintenance felt nearly impossible. The staff is friendly and the layout is great. It's also a new build. They do sweet community events. The cons for me have been that they are massively monopolisticly price gouging on electricity for charging an electric car. I do not recommend living here if you own one. The markup is 400% on overnight charging which feels like robbery where they should try to keep prices as low as possible as a utility. The Staff here is AMAZING! Tim and Johnte are rockstars at their job. The complex is super nice and in a great location. I love my new home!
