We are currently house, dog, and baby sitting here. I really like this apartment complex. They have a nice screened-in deck that overlooks the Barton Creek Golf Course, and there are hiking trails that border the course. St June offers some excellent amenities like a large pool and an excellent fitness center. There are also BBQ grills by the pool area. I also like that the trash is picked up 5-days a week. MOLD issues. They're currently being sued by a previous tenant. Their young 7 year old got sick from the mold. Management did nothing. Amanda is a terrible manager, she's hyper involved in the residents lives and personally sends emails if you she sees something she doesn't like (personal attack) versus addressing things as a community. Your health is not worth living here
