East to work with, nice people, friendly staff and no trickery. I have been with a lot of dentist over the years and some were absolutely unscrupulous, but not these guys. From the beginning my care took precedence. My last dentist did a lot of work putting in a bridge which cost me at the time about $6,000 knowing that at some point the teeth would fail. I have been to a couple different dentists for sensitivity issues. Dr. Lisa Nguyen is the only dentist that made me feel like I was being heard and followed up with a plan of action. She is the only dentist, in my experience, who does not consistently poke my sensitivity spots multiple times every appointment and ask "Does this hurt?". She is the only dentist, in my experience, who answers all of my questions and explains anything I am curious about in detail. She does not brush me off and welcomes me like an old friend. Dr. Adler gave me my life back when he made my TMJ orthotic. I was symptom-free within the first night of wearing it. For the first time in years, I woke up without a migraine. I have been a patient for over 10 years. Apparently they are short staffed so they decided to cancel all appointments that were schedule on the half hour with my hygienist. They insist you schedule for 6 months out. They could reschedule me months latter. Not acceptable. No empathy from the office. I won't be returning.

Walk away now before walking into the doors! Called to have two teeth pulled by there oral surgeon. They booked me with a general dentist. Got there and said I'm here for the oral surgeon and they said have a seat. They bring me back to a chair..I was in pain for a while. Nice woman Doctor comes in says I'm not an oral surgeon but I can pull your teeth (being in pain) I said just get them out after which felt an hour of her yanking and pulling she got tooth 1 out.. This review is LONG overdue. Dr. Adler at Simply Beautiful Smiles is an absolute crook and a criminal. He scammed my Mother out of nearly $10,000. Without getting into details, he admitted that my Mom was owed money, but constantly delays, makes excuses, and avoids paying her the money that she's rightfully owed. For example, he charged her for the same extraction TWICE! He charged her for bone grafts without placing bone grafts.
