Great experience! Alyssa, the hygienist, was very warm & friendly, had a positive, upbeat attitude, was non-judgmental. Very thorough in cleaning my teeth & evaluating their health & documenting details about each tooth. She answered my questions & was able to give me tips for whitening my teeth. I broke a crown on a front tooth yesterday. I was not a patient yet but I showed up on my lunch break to see if something could be done in the near future to fix my tooth. I was asked if I could come back at 2:00 to take an x-ray and discuss options. When I came back they took the x-ray and said it could be repaired right then and gave me my cost and what insurance would cover. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost and was done in about an hour. Dr. Savannah and Amy were wonderful and I LOVE my new smile!
I have been a patient here from the original dentist office through the transition to The Smilist. Dr. Jerry is so incredibly kind and patient. I have terrible anxiety and he is so patient with me when I need to get dental work done. I’m sure I’m a nightmare to deal with but his patience calms me down. All the staff here from the reception desk to the hygienists all are incredibly helpful and considerate. Great dental office. I really highly recommended them.
Had my first visit today as a new patient with Dr Choi. The office was very clean and I felt extremely comfortable. The hygienist was super gentle and knowledgeable. In fact , the entire office staff was amazing from front to back! 🤩 Will definitely be back to start working on my treatment plan. 🥰
After a truly terrifying experience in Lansdale, I waited 3 years to find a dentist. I heard through a colleague of mine that she has had great success with The Smilist in Souderton. SHE WAS SO RIGHT! Amazing doesn't even begin to describe the level of professionalism and gently care I recieved from Dr. H and Hygenist Amy today.
